Needled non-woven fabric is a type of dry process non-woven fabric that involves loosening, carding, and laying short fibers into a fiber mesh. Then, the fiber mesh is reinforced into a fabric through a needle, which has hooks and thorns. The needle repeatedly punctures the fiber mesh, and the hook and belt fibers are reinforced to form a needle punched non-woven fabric. Non woven fabrics do not have warp and weft lines, resulting in disordered fibers and little difference in warp and weft performance. Typical products: synthetic leather substrate, needle punched geotextile, etc.<br />
